BBC uses the HubSpot inbound marketing and sales platform on its Website. HubSpot tracks and analyzes visitors’ behavior and connects that data to their personal profile. By using HubSpot software, BBC respects all relevant privacy legislation. BBC refrains vehemently from sharing or selling the gathered data to third parties. Additionally, HubSpot respects the European laws on privacy, data privacy and security.

Data transmission

BBC treats all data with respect and does everything within its power to be GDPR compliant. If you want to provide us with your own or your clients’ data, please upload your database in the BBC Database Center. That way we can make sure the data is stored correctly on a secure server, processed according to the GDPR legislation, and deleted automatically 10 days after submission.
