Extended national and international B2B expertise

It’s official: from now on, we’re in business with ARK from Rupelmonde. The increased demand for highly specific B2B marketing expertise makes this is a logical next step in our evolution as an agency.

The new collaboration, merger actually, will be accompanied by a brand new office in Ghent, right by the train station, at the start of 2020.

In short: this is a new B2B milestone for BBC. After the move to Mechelen in 2016 and a growth of more than 70%, we are now joined by a strong and likable B2B team that will move to a new location in Ghent.

Complementary B2B portfolio

At BBC we work for, among others, Samsung, Tempo-Team, Thermo King, Xeikon, Brussels Airport, and DS Smith. Panasonic Batteries, Ceres, Atlas Copco, Tolon and Eternit are some of the classic B2B companies that have been serviced by ARK for years.

Both our agencies share a strong affinity for B2B, and it speaks for itself that our client portfolio is highly complementary.

We will bundle our respective expertise to handle today’s demand for contemporary B2B marketing: a meticulous match of online and offline channels and media to impact this complex B2B buying cycle.

Data-driven tools such as HubSpot and Showpad enable highly personalized communication.

Intense teamwork between creatives, planners, developers, and analysts. Also typical: a national clientele with international reach.

ARK also joins E3, a global network of 28 B2B agencies of which BBC is a member since 1999.

Down-to-earth DNA

“In Ghent, we will find all the talent that we need”, says Ben Verleysen, the founder and director of ARK, who will lead the office in Ghent as managing partner.

“Plenty of specialists will graduate right here. Ghent is also a city full of marketing start-ups. Cooperation with these challengers, but also with well-established strongholds like Showpad, will make the transition easier.”

“We’ll work together to improve our quality – not simply to expand”, adds Anton Loos, managing director of BBC and BBC ARK.

“Our ambition remains to create more effective and inspiring B2B communication for our clients. We won’t just make the difference with our expertise, we’ll remain a pleasure to work with.”

“And that’s why the match with ARK is so strong”, concludes Jordan Audenaert, managing partner of BBC in Mechelen. “The synergy between our teams was immediate, that’s typical for B2B agencies. It's the same synergy we share with our clients."
